Synergy Integration SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled Synergy Integration Specialist to join our team.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of integration frameworks, APIs, and data exchange protocols. They will be responsible for designing and implementing integrations between Infor SyteLine/CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) and external systems.Lead the design and implementation of integration architectures for SyteLine/CSI.Analyze integration requirements and map them to SyteLine capabilities.Design and implement integrations using Infor ION, IDOs, APIs, Web Services, Mongoose framework, and custom extensions.Build end-to-end interfaces between SyteLine and ERP, CRM, MES, WMS, eCommerce, or third-party apps.Manage data flow, error handling, logging, and monitoring for stable integrations.Troubleshoot complex integration issues and optimize data exchange.Support migration activities: data extraction, transformation, loading (ETL).Ensure integration security standards, data validation, and performance tuning.Requirements15+ years of working experience in Infor SyteLine / CloudSuite Industrial (CSI).Strong hands-on experience with:Infor ION (ION Desk, ION API, ION Workflow)IDOs / IDO MethodsWeb Services (REST/SOAP), APIs, JSON/XMLMongoose FrameworkEvent System & AlertsExpertise in designing integration patterns: real-time, batch, asynchronous, message queues.Strong SQL skills and experience with SyteLine database structures.Experience integrating SyteLine with external systems (CRM, MES, WMS, Finance apps, custom portals).Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization abilities.About the RoleThis is a contract position that requires a strong technical background in integration architecture and implementation.
