Integrated Production Specialist

Job Title: Integrated Production SpecialistDescription:We are seeking an experienced Integrated Production Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for orchestrating people, process, and technology to bring ideas to life across formats and channels.This is a hybrid of creative operations, production expertise, and client governance. As an Integrated Production Specialist, you will partner with onshore account managers, creative directors, and studio leads to ensure that every brief is executed with precision, speed, and creative integrity.Your key roles and responsibilities will include project management, overseeing planning, execution, and final delivery. You will manage multi-channel creative work including HTML5 banners, motion graphics, print adaptations, digital assets, video edits, landing pages, and interactive media.To succeed in this role, you will need to balance creative quality, operational efficiency, and cost discipline across all deliverables. You should possess working knowledge of creative production tools, such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Animate, Cinema 4D, and workflow platforms like Workfront or Monday.You will also need to evaluate technical feasibility of creative concepts and recommend solutions to optimize delivery. Additionally, you will collaborate with automation and AI teams to embed workflow efficiency and repeatable templates within production pipelines.As an Integrated Production Specialist, you will coordinate with Digital, Motion, and Print studios to allocate resources, manage priorities, and ensure consistent delivery quality. You will also partner with Regional Account Managers to understand campaign objectives and regional requirements.You will engage in client discussions alongside onshore partners to clarify requirements and set delivery expectations. Proactively flag risks, dependencies, and alternate solutions with clarity and confidence.You will build trusted working relationships based on reliability, responsiveness, and understanding of creative business priorities.We are looking for someone who can drive workflow discipline, monitor quality checkpoints, and implement corrective actions as needed. You should identify and escalate process gaps, proposing automation or redesigns that improve efficiency.We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000-$180,000 per year, depending on experience.
