The successful candidate will drive operational excellence, prioritize safety, and deliver high-quality output in alignment with business objectives.Establish a state-of-the-art 10 GWh lithium-ion battery pack assembly facility, ensuring seamless integration with existing operations.Lead the setup of a greenfield Li-ion battery pack assembly facility from concept to full-scale production, defining plant layout, equipment selection, installation, automation requirements, and production workflow design.Oversee full-scale production operations delivering MWh and GWh level containerized battery energy storage solutions, establishing and managing KPIs for productivity, yield, safety, delivery, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).Implement digital manufacturing strategies, including MES, automation, and data-driven decision-making processes.Develop and scale a high-performing workforce, comprising senior engineers, supervisors, and technicians, fostering a strong culture of safety, operational discipline, continuous improvement, and accountability.Enable talent development and succession planning to support rapid business growth and scale-up.
