Job Title: Climate Communications LeadThis is a critical role that requires a communications expert with a strong understanding of climate change and sustainability. We are pioneering dynamic emissions factors, real-time sustainability intelligence, and democratised climate intelligence to transform how the world measures good.The RoleWe are seeking a Communications Lead who will be the custodian of our brand narrative and a key driver of visibility, partnerships, and growth — across both our non-profit entity and our for-profit climate tech platforms.This role is central to shaping how global stakeholders engage with our mission, our products, and our impact.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a communications roadmap to drive visibility and growthCraft compelling narratives and multimedia content to communicate our value proposition to governments, multilaterals, philanthropies, and corporatesDrive high-impact media coverage, speaking engagements, and publishing opportunities for our leadership teamAlign communication efforts across product, CSR, ESG, data, and advisory teams for unified messagingCreate internal knowledge kits, playbooks, and brand voice guidelines to maintain consistency across geographies and stakeholder typesRequirementsA minimum of 5 years' experience in climate communications, sustainability marketing, or public affairsProven ability to turn impact into influence, driving partnerships, funding, and visibilityExceptional writing, presentation, and narrative design skillsHands-on experience across climate themes like Net Zero, Carbon Credits, Renewable Energy, ESG, and social impactA proactive, organized, and mission-driven professional who thrives in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder contextsBenefitsThis is a unique opportunity to join a mission-driven team at the intersection of climate, technology, and social equity.
