Senior Technical Recruiter (Remote – Pacific Time)About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to partner with our U.S.-based sales and delivery teams in identifying, engaging, and hiring top IT talent. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in IT recruiting and talent acquisition from sourcing to closing. A strong understanding of technical roles, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.This is a remote, full-time position that requires working Pacific Time hours.Key Responsibilities:Talent Sourcing & Screening: Identify, engage, and qualify candidates through job boards, professional networks, and referrals to build a diverse and high-quality talent pipeline.Initial Interviews: Conduct detailed phone screenings to evaluate candidates’ technical capabilities, experience, and cultural fit.Interview Coordination: Schedule and facilitate interviews with the U.S. sales and client teams, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and stakeholders.Candidate Relationship Management: Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle, ensuring a positive experience and timely feedback.Hiring Process Support: Manage end-to-end recruitment workflows, ensuring alignment between candidates, hiring teams, and clients.Data & Compliance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure adherence to data privacy and compliance standards.Qualifications:Minimum 10 years of IT recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably supporting global or U.S.-based clients.Proven success sourcing for technical roles across software development, data, cloud, and infrastructure domains.Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing techniques.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.Must be comfortable working Pacific Time hours.Why Join Us:Work with a collaborative, high-performing global team.Competitive compensation with commission opportunities.100% remote – work from anywhere.Professional growth and continuous learning opportunities.How to Apply:If you are passionate about connecting great talent with exciting opportunities and have a proven background in technical recruiting, we’d love to hear from youPlease send your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your experience and interest in this role to careers@nextphase.ai
