Job Opportunity:We are seeking a technical expert to lead customer engagements in designing and deploying distributed database solutions.The ideal candidate will conduct architecture reviews, capacity planning, and performance optimization for our clients.Responsibilities include building proof-of-concepts, pilots, and production-grade implementations, as well as mentoring customer teams on best practices, operations, and performance tuning.Candidates should also be able to collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to share customer insights and influence product roadmap.Deliver technical workshops, training programs, and knowledge transfer sessions to stakeholders across IT, architecture, and operations.As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with key stakeholders to drive business outcomes and achieve success.Key Qualifications:Strong communication and consulting skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.Proven understanding of distributed systems, including caching, in-memory computing, or data grids.Experience working with enterprise architectures and Linux-based environments is highly desirable.Candidates should have hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).Proficiency in one or more programming languages (Java, Go, C++, Python) is essential.Prior experience supporting or delivering mission-critical, highly available systems in domains like finance, telecom, or eCommerce is a plus.Desirable Skills:Experience with Apache Ignite, Redis, Hazelcast, Cassandra, or similar technologies is a bonus.Knowledge of SQL, streaming technologies (Kafka, Flink, Pulsar), and data integration tools is highly valued.Background in performance benchmarking and large-scale optimization would be an asset.Ability to create reusable consulting materials (scripts, templates, guides) is highly desirable.Interest in mentoring and enabling customer engineering teams is a must.What We Offer:Opportunities to travel up to 30% for customer engagements, workshops, and events.A fast-paced, high-growth environment with a startup mindset.Multiple job locations: Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, and Mumbai.
