Data Solutions Lead - APACThe Director - Data Solutions - APAC will oversee a high-performing regional team, collaborate with data engineering and global stakeholders, and own the standardization of semantic models, unified data definitions, Power BI solutions, metadata/lineage, and GenAI use cases across markets.Build and scale a regional Data Solutions Analyst team by focusing on talent acquisition, development, and retention.Design and govern unified data models and semantic layers for General Insurance aligned to global standards, ensuring consistency and coherence.Deliver enterprise-wide Power BI solutions, including certified datasets, reusable data products, and governed self-service capabilities.Optimize and maintain the Power BI platform, focusing on governance, capacity planning, XMLA, ALM/Deployment Pipelines, tuning, and workspace standards.Partner with Snowflake, Redshift, and Informatica teams to design scalable and auditable data pipelines that meet business needs.Develop and execute a GenAI strategy for insurance analytics, incorporating RAG/embeddings, LLM prototypes, responsible AI, and compliance considerations.Implement and operate data catalog and lineage platforms, such as Purview, Collibra, Alation, or Informatica EDC, to enhance data discovery and governance.Drive cross-market program delivery and ensure strong executive reporting and stakeholder alignment to facilitate informed decision-making.
