Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning EngineerWe are seeking a highly skilled engineer to design and implement advanced Salesforce solutions integrated with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning capabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing intelligent workflows, personalized recommendations, and automation by leveraging Salesforce Einstein/Einstein GPT, Large Language Models (LLMs), vector databases, and external ML services.This role requires designing, developing, testing, documenting, and deploying Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.The ideal candidate will integrate AI/ML models within Salesforce CRM to power intelligent data retrieval, opportunity insights, workflow automation, and personalized recommendations.To succeed in this role, you should possess a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related discipline.You must have at least 5-7 years of experience in Power BI development and implementation. Strong expertise in AI/ML model building and deployment for real-time automation is also required.A high level of proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is necessary for success in this position.Familiarity with popular AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras is an added advantage.Salesforce skills, including Salesforce Lightning, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Salesforce Service Cloud, would be beneficial.If you are passionate about leveraging AI/ML to drive business growth and innovation, we encourage you to apply.
