Job OpportunityOverview:We are seeking an accomplished Generative AI Architect with extensive hands-on experience in designing and implementing large-scale AI/ML solutions.Responsibilities:Design, develop, and deploy complex Gen AI systems, including multimodal AI frameworks and RAG pipelines.Implement and optimize advanced vector search algorithms, retrieval workflows, query rewriting, and prompt tuning techniques.Develop Agentic AI applications using cutting-edge frameworks such as LangGraph or similar agent orchestration tools.Integrate, fine-tune, and evaluate open-source LLMs (Llama, GPT-OSS, etc.) and multimodal models for real-world use cases.Measure, refine, and enhance Gen AI solution performance using evaluation metrics and framework benchmarking.Troubleshoot and debug complex ML and Gen AI workflows with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure seamless integration, deployment, and solution scalability.Requirements:6+ years of experience in developing production-grade AI/ML solutions with at least one successful Gen AI implementation.Strong practical experience in RAG-based or Agentic AI deployments for global clients.Hands-on expertise with open-source LLMs and multimodal models.Proficiency in Agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph or similar.Strong understanding of Gen AI evaluation, refinement, and benchmarking.Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
