Identity and Access Management SpecialistJob Description:We are seeking a highly skilled Identity and Access Management (IAM) specialist to join our team. As an IAM specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing IAM solutions to ensure secure user access across systems and applications.You will work closely with our security and compliance teams to align IAM policies and ensure that our organization's identity and access management practices meet the highest standards of security and compliance.The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of IAM tools, including Active Directory, Azure AD, and cloud platforms, as well as experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell and Python.Key Responsibilities:Design, implement, and manage IAM solutions to ensure secure user access across systems and applications.Collaborate with security and compliance teams to align IAM policies.Develop and maintain IAM integrations with Active Directory, Azure AD, and cloud platforms.Automate provisioning, deprovisioning, and access workflows using scripts.Implement Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and federation protocols.Manage role-based access control (RBAC) and enforce least privilege.Required Skills and Qualifications:Technical Skills:Active Directory / Azure ADPowerShell / Python scriptingSSO, MFA, SAML, OAuth, OIDCIAM tools (Okta, SailPoint, Ping, CyberArk, etc.)Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)Personal Qualities:Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing prioritiesWhat We Offer:Our organization offers a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for identity and access management, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
