Senior Access Management Professional

About the JobWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Access Management Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our company's identity and access management policies are enforced across all business units.You will act as a subject matter expert and reference point for the Access Management team, performing user access management by provisioning or de-provisioning user access. You will also represent the team in meetings as required and contribute to the Knowledge Management Database.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain strong stakeholder management with key stakeholders both within the organization and externally.Work in partnership with various departments to support the implementation of global, regional, and local projects, providing user administration support for user ID and access control.Ensure user access request is tracked, followed-up, and completed on based on pre-defined agreed service level agreement.Manage large workloads and tight deadlines while maintaining a proactive and motivated approach.Required Skills and QualificationsMinimum 2-5 years of experience in Identity Access Management Domain.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to demonstrate sound judgment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Customer-oriented and customer-focused approach.BenefitsThis is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in access management.Join a dynamic and supportive team environment.Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.How to ApplyTo apply for this exciting opportunity, please submit your application, including your resume and cover letter, highlighting your relevant skills and experience.
