Job Title: Senior Business Development ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to lead the growth of our seaweed trading business. The successful candidate will have a strong background in business development, trading, and supply chain management.The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial, proactive, and comfortable building relationships from scratch. They will also have excellent communication skills and be able to manage operations across multiple islands and stakeholders.Build and maintain relationships with seaweed farmers, collectors, and cooperatives across IndonesiaOversee procurement, quality checks, pricing, and logisticsEnsure consistent supply that meets international buyer requirementsBusiness Development & Sales:Identify and engage global buyers across multiple industriesLead outreach, meetings, sampling, and commercial negotiationsConvert leads into long-term trade partnershipsLeadership & Growth:Coordinate with founders, suppliers, and logistics partnersDevelop simple, scalable systems for supply planning and order trackingRepresent the company in meetings, field visits, and trade eventsRequirements:3–7 years of experience in business development, trading, supply chain, aquaculture, agribusiness, or exportsStrong relationship-building skills with both communities and global buyersEntrepreneurial, proactive, and comfortable building from zeroBenefits:Competitive salary + performance bonusesTravel allowanceAbout the Role:Full-time | Based in Bali or ChennaiTravel to buyers and trade events as needed
