This role combines project Management and process optimization to deliver measurable business impact. Key Responsibilities • Project Management: Lead and manage large-scale process improvement and automation projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. • Drive enterprise-wide process mining initiatives, from discovery and analysis to actionable recommendations. • Collaborate with business and technology teams to identify high-impact opportunities and define success metrics. • Act as a trusted advisor on process improvement and digital transformation strategies. • Develop and maintain best practices, standards, and methodologies for process optimization. • Promote adoption of process mining and automation capabilities through training and stakeholder engagement. • Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to senior leadership through reports and dashboards. Qualifications • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science, or related field. • 10+ years of experience in business process management, operations, or digital transformation. • Proven track record in project management, including leading cross-functional teams. • Strong understanding of process improvement frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma) and performance metrics. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications( Just a Plus) • Experience with process mining tools (Celonis, UiPath, Signavio) and automation platforms. • Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent). • Familiarity with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM) and data analysis tools. • Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or similar industries.
