Record to Report Management RoleLocation: BengaluruRole Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled Record to Report Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the purchase to pay, order to cash and month end close cycles for our clients.Your Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage client services representatives and associates to ensure seamless delivery of services.Review and approve monthly journal entries prepared by support staff for prepaid expenses, fixed asset, accrued expenses, payroll, and/or inventory transactions.Understand and approve bank reconciliations and general ledger account reconciliations.Prepare and review client's monthly financial statements, including month-over-month variance analysis and/or actual-to-budget analysis.Analyse and interpret financial information to provide actionable insights and decision support to client management.Identify opportunities to enhance client's monthly operations and suggest process improvements.Define and document repeatable methodologies with appropriate tools and templates that can be leveraged for future projects.Stay up-to-date with our technology stack and identify additional add-on processes, systems, modules, and integrations that can drive month-end close efficiencies.Your Skills and Qualifications:CA or other accounting graduate/postgraduate with minimum 12 years of record to report experience.Good knowledge of accounting concepts.Advanced written and verbal communication skills.Strong analytical skills to interpret data and engagement requirements.Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).Experience with automated accounting systems (i.e., Intacct, NetSuite, Blackline, Bill.com, Tally).Blackline experience is preferred.Minimum 5 years of experience in managing project teams.Strong knowledge and experience in transitioning processes.
