Job Title: Business Analytics Lead   Job Summary: The Business Analytics Lead is a critical role that requires strategic thinkers to develop actionable insights from complex data sets and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth. Develop, communicate, and implement analytics strategies that align with business objectives. Collaborate closely with senior leadership, product owners, and other stakeholders to identify key business challenges and opportunities. Lead the design and implementation of predictive models, statistical analysis, and data visualizations to support business decision-making. Oversee the development and maintenance of SQL systems, data pipelines, and data warehousing solutions. Provide training and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring they have the skills needed to excel in their roles. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and methodologies to continuously improve analytics capabilities. Collaborate with data engineers and scientists to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and analytical tools. Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders through clear, concise presentations, reports, and visualizations. Contribute to the development of business cases for new initiatives, identifying opportunities for cost savings, revenue growth, and process improvements. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes, leveraging strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions, contributing expertise and best practices to enhance the overall capabilities of the organization. Utilize data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau to create interactive dashboards and reports that facilitate informed decision-making. Identify areas for process improvement and develop recommendations to optimize data management, analytics, and reporting processes. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and infrastructure. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures related to data governance, security, and quality. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, partners, and external organizations to stay informed about emerging trends and best practices. Manage competing priorities, deadlines, and multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality results. Proactively seek opportunities for personal growth and professional development, staying current with industry developments and advancements.
