Job Title:Senior HSPM Compliance SpecialistAbout the Role:We are seeking an experienced Senior HSPM Compliance Specialist to lead our team in managing Hazardous Substance Process Management (HSPM) framework across semiconductor operations.Key Responsibilities:Ensure compliance to global standards including RoHS, REACH, Conflict Minerals, CMRT, CMT, and other restricted-substance regulations.Evaluate, validate, and document hazardous substances in semiconductor materials, processes, and final products.Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and quality teams for compliance reviews and supplier qualification.Prepare declarations, reports, and technical documents requested by global customers.Support internal & external audits, environmental assessments, and customer compliance checks.Conduct awareness sessions and internal training on HSPM and environmental compliance.Maintain statutory, regulatory, and customer-specific compliance documentation.Work with suppliers to collect and verify environmental data and restricted-substance declarations.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, or equivalent (Chemistry / Physics / Materials Science).4 – 7 years experience in HSPM / Environmental Compliance / Product Sustainability.Minimum 3 years in semiconductor or electronics industry preferred.Strong knowledge of global environmental & hazardous substance regulations.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and interact with global customers.High integrity, proactive mindset, and strong cross-functional coordination skills.How to Apply:Please mention your current company and title, department, location, total experience, qualification, notice period, current fixed compensation, expected fixed compensation, and open to relocation.
