Engg / Sr Engineer HSPM (Hazardous Substance Process Management)Location : Sanand, GujaratIndustry : Semiconductor / OSATExperience : 04 - 07 YearsEmployment Type : Full-timeCG SEMI Private Limited , one of India’s first advanced OSAT (Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly & Test) companies, is growing rapidly and strengthening its world-class semiconductor manufacturing facility at Sanand, Gujarat.We are inviting experienced professionals to join our team as an HSPM Engineer, supporting global compliance, sustainability, and regulatory certification functions.Job Role: HSPM EngineerKey Responsibilities• Lead and manage the Hazardous Substances Process Management (HSPM) framework across semiconductor operations.• Ensure compliance to global standards including RoHS, REACH, Conflict Minerals, CMRT, CMT, and other restricted-substance regulations.• Evaluate, validate, and document hazardous substances in semiconductor materials, processes, and final products.• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and quality teams for compliance reviews and supplier qualification.• Prepare declarations, reports, and technical documents requested by global customers.• Support internal & external audits, environmental assessments, and customer compliance checks.• Conduct awareness sessions and internal training on HSPM and environmental compliance.• Maintain statutory, regulatory, and customer-specific compliance documentation.• Work with suppliers to collect and verify environmental data and restricted-substance declarations.Qualification & Experience• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, or equivalent (Chemistry / Physics / Materials Science).• 4 – 7 years experience in HSPM / Environmental Compliance / Product Sustainability.• Minimum 3 years in semiconductor or electronics industry preferred.• Strong knowledge of global environmental & hazardous substance regulations.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and interact with global customers.• High integrity, proactive mindset, and strong cross-functional coordination skills.Join CG SEMI today…• Be part of India’s fastest-growing Semiconductor OSAT initiative.• Work with next-generation packaging technologies.• Fast-paced, innovation-driven, global-standard environment.How to Apply Mention the position & Submit your resume via:Google Form:Apply Now: Posting : mention the following along with your resume:• Full Name• Current Company & Title• Department• Current Location• Total Experience (Years)• Qualification (Full-time/Part-time)• Notice Period• Current Fixed CTC• Expected Fixed Compensation• Open to Relocation to Sanand, Ahmedabad (Yes/No).Be Part of the CG SEMI JourneyInnovate.
