Roles & Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, managing day-to-day communications and ensuring their needs are met.
- Develop deep relationships with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and social media goals.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients on social media strategies, trends, and best practices.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop tailored social media strategies and campaign plans.
- Oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of social media campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to clients to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Coordinate with creative, media, and analytics teams to ensure campaigns are executed on time, within budget, and to client specifications.
- Manage campaign schedules, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring all aspects of the project are aligned with client expectations.
- Prepare and present detailed performance reports, including key metrics, ROI analysis, and strategic recommendations.
- Use data-driven insights to refine social media strategies and optimize future campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging social media technologies, and the competitive landscape to provide informed recommendations.
