Job Title: Lead DFT EngineerAchieve Excellence as a Senior Test Engineer in Complex ASIC/SOC DesignsThis position requires a strong background in digital design and test methodologies to lead the development of digital test architecture, planning, and implementation for complex ASIC/SOC designs.
