You will play a key part in aligning team objectives with organizational goals and collaborating closely with management.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the team to achieve operational objectives and ensure quality standards are met Monitor team performance through established metrics and provide regular feedback Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge Foster a positive and collaborative team culture Address staffing needs and coordinate schedules Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Generate performance reports and present findings to management Act as a point of contact for any escalated issues RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred 2-4 years of experience in a leadership role or back office operations Strong understanding of workflow processes and team dynamics Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data management software Ability to analyze performance data and enact improvement measures Strong organizational skills with a focus on detail Proven ability to mentor and develop team members Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving mindset with a commitment to excellence
