Role Overview:

- Ownership and Project Management of the ISO migration of several sites/countries.
- Provision of business analysis to capture requirements including market variations and progressing these through to conclusion.
- Provide analysis that helps identify & quantify any related benefits which can be realized by MSS because of the implementation of the enhanced MX format for both outbound payments and inbound messages.
- Analysis current state vs Global BRD to identify any additions to the Global BRD for the PM to progress through the respective Change Management process.
- Responsible for defining the overarching plan for each site and interlocking schedules with internal (OPAS and XSSL) and external (DBS) Teams. The Site lead will be responsible for harmonizing all dates for the site into a cohesive plan along with non-IT elements such as Operational Readiness.
- Responsible for agreeing, centrally coordinating, and owning the activities relating to rerouting payments via the payment engine (GPS, HUB MAS) across DBS, Ops, XSSL, OPAS and PTAs.
- Responsible for driving the plan across the site to agreed timescales as well as tracking and updating the plan as required.
- Responsible to working with MSS technology and MSS Operations to ensure a robust testing and migration approach is supported, meaning no impact to MSS transactions (STP rates and/ or increase in manual activity) because of the migration.
- Work with the Test Manager and SMEs to co-ordinate the creation of SIT and UAT test cases.
- Responsible for implementing the site level governance as per global standards (i.e., implementing working groups, reporting updates, confluence pages etc.).
- Responsible for owning the engagement and relationship with MSS Operations Site Heads / Asset Class head (as applicable) and acting as the first point of contact within the ISO Programme Team.
- Responsible for providing oversight and direction (where required) for the Site Business Analysts/Test Managers regarding day-to-day activities.
- Responsible for agreeing at a site level all areas of scope with respective teams. (i.e., Manual Payment App team re some non-payment messages, OPAS)
- Responsible for highlighting any deviations from Target Operating Model for approval by ISO Programme Team, Payment Risk Leads, Sponsor, PSC, ODA etc.
- Engagement with OPAS, XSSL and ISO Consultant regarding E2E solution designs per site as required.
- Ownership of the site level confluence pages and ensuring that these are updated and maintained to the required standards.
- Responsible for overseeing the weekly status updates for sites which they are leading and working with OPAS, BA, XSSL on respective updates.
- Responsible for providing ad-hoc information (i.e., decisions/deep dives) for the ISO PSC, Weekly Sponsor Sessions.
- Responsible for ensuring adherence to HCF (previously BTF) standards for all work.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Strong and proven experience in Business Analysis & Concepts, Process Related documentation, User Testing, and exposure in running projects within a large organization.
- Expertise in payments in both RTGS and Cross Border Payments with MT and MX ISO 20022 format.
- Experience and knowledge of the trade and payment lifecycle.
- Strong project management skills with exposure into projects within large organization.
- Strong communicator and excellent at building relationships with peers, stakeholders, and delivery teams.
- Strong problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills.
- Organized individual who can manage multiple workstreams with conflicting priorities and timelines.
- Excellent written communication skills to clearly and concisely present requirements in a manner appropriate to the audience.
- Presentation skills for delivering overviews, chairing working groups with the team and stakeholders.
- Proactive, self-starting, and able to work autonomously on projects.
