The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, along with implementing HR policies and programs. Key responsibilities include talent management, performance evaluations, employee training, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Additionally, the role involves fostering a positive workplace culture and managing employee engagement initiatives.QualificationsExperience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee onboardingProficiency in developing and implementing HR policies, compliance management, and labor law regulationsStrong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal communication skillsExpertise in performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolutionAbility to foster a positive workplace culture and manage employee training and engagement programsA bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related fieldKnowledge of HR software and tools is advantageousRelevant certifications in HR or labor relations are a plus
