The HR Manager will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and HR strategy. Responsibilities include managing onboarding processes, cultivating a positive workplace culture, implementing HR policies, supporting employee development, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role also involves collaborating with department heads to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.QualificationsKnowledge of recruitment strategies, talent acquisition, and workforce planningStrong understanding of labor laws, compliance, and HR policiesProficient in employee engagement, performance management, and conflict resolutionExcellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skillsAbility to develop HR strategies that align with organizational objectivesExperience with HR software and tools is an advantagePrior experience in an HR managerial role is preferredBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
