The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs. Day-to-day tasks include market research, generating leads, devising strategies to grow business, conducting sales presentations, and negotiating contracts. The candidate will also be expected to stay updated on industry trends and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.QualificationsProven experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship ManagementStrong understanding of loyalty programs, blockchain technology, and the payments industryExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsExperience in market research and lead generationStrategic thinking with the ability to develop and implement business plansSelf-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independentlyBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferredExperience working in a fast-paced, innovative environment
