We are a fast-growing influencer marketing agency working with leading brands across various industries. We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our team and support our expanding Finance Operations.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • The candidate will be required to work with Accounting software like Tally, Zoho Books and responsible for preparing client invoices, processing vendor bills, expense entries, payment follow ups etc
  • Must have knowledge of various GST Returns, GSTR-3B and GSTR-1 and GSTR 9, GST Reconciliation etc
  • Having knowledge of TDS Provisions for TDS Returns fillings
  • Responsible for maintenance of accounts independently
  • Accounting reconciliation such as Bank-Reconciliation, Vendor/Customer reconciliations
  • Responsible for preparation of Monthly MIS to management on time
  • Required to work on monthly/annual closing assignments and should have knowledge of Balance sheet and ITR preparation
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Experience in Tally, Zoho Books, GST and TDS fillings
  • Having sound knowledge of GST and TDS Provisions
  • Basic Knowledge of accounting concepts, preparing Financial Statements
  • Candidate must have experience in handling accounting as per Indian Laws and can adhere to various timelines
  • Candidate must be hardworking and willing to work on a long-term basis who can take responsibility and can handle the work independently under minimal guidance
  • Knowledge of Excel is important
  • An ideal candidate will be one having M.Com/B.Com Degree/ICWA with 0-3 years of experience in the Maintenance of Accounts.
  • Experience in similar role 2 to 3 years
