Job Title: Business Development ManagerWe are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our US Staffing operations from India.The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in building staffing businesses, establishing key relationships, and onboarding new clients swiftly.This role demands strong communication skills, profound industry knowledge, and the ability to operate independently with a growth-oriented mindset.Key Responsibilities:• Develop and execute business development strategies for US staffing services.• Secure 3–4 new direct clients or Tier 1 vendors within the initial months.• Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities across various industries.• Foster and expand relationships with existing clients to increase business volume.• Collaborate closely with the recruiting team to ensure successful delivery for new and existing clients.• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client requirements to drive business growth.• Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts as part of the end-to-end sales cycle.• Maintain strong communication with US-based leadership and regularly report progress.• Establish long-term partnerships that enhance our brand and reputation.Required Qualifications:• 8 - 10+ years of Business Development experience in US Staffing.• Proven track record of bringing in new clients and generating revenue.• Established industry connections with direct clients, MSPs, or Tier 1 vendors.• Strong understanding of the US staffing market, recruitment cycle, rate negotiations, and compliance.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.• High motivation, strong work ethic, and entrepreneurial thinking.Benefits:• Competitive salary + high-earning commission potential.• Opportunity to play a strategic role in scaling US staffing operations.• Flexible working arrangement (Hyderabad office or Remote).• Direct access to leadership and decision-makers.
