Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Client Servicing & Growth Manager at Stuph Studio. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing client services, maintaining customer satisfaction, and managing communication with clients. Additionally, the Manager will focus on driving growth strategies and ensuring the success of agreed metrics on client accounts. This role is based in Bengaluru with flexibility for remote work.
Qualifications
- 3+ Years of Experience in Client Servicing
- Strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
- Deep understanding of Social Media Trends, Brands and Organic Growth Hacks
- If you're a content creator, you'll get preference
- Ability to strategize and implement growth initiatives
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Very strong bias for execution
Renumeration: We like to believe that we pay above industry average. This is negotiable.
