Job Summary We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Operations Leader to oversee the end-to-end execution of residential interior projects. This role is critical to ensuring timely delivery, high-quality execution, and superior customer satisfaction across regions. The ideal candidate will come from the home interiors, construction, modular furniture, or related service sectors, with a proven track record in operations, team management, and process excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead regional operations and ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery of interior projectsOwn Customer experience through out the customer journeyOwn project handover timelines, vendor coordination, workmanship quality and customer satisfaction metricsBuild and manage teams including senior managers, project managers, site supervisorsCollaborate with design, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth project executionCreate, monitor, and improve SOPs to drive operational efficiency and scale delivery capacityWork closely with leadership on process excellence, cost optimization and customer success initiatives Key Requirements 8–12 years of experience in operations, preferably in home interiors, real estate, construction, or related sectorsPeople with experience in leadership role in operations in Startups can also applyProven experience in scaling and managing large field teams and vendor networksProcess-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsHands-on approach with an ability to work in fast-paced, execution-heavy environmentsExcellent communication and client-handling abilities Educational Qualification Graduate in Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design (preferred)MBA or relevant management certification is a plus
