About This RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Growth Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers and identifying opportunities to drive growth and retention.Key Responsibilities:Initiate timely and personalized communication with customers approaching the end of their subscription cycle.Understand customer needs, showcase learner progress, and position our programs as essential for continued growth.Identify and pitch relevant upgrades or additional programs that align with the learner's journey.Gather feedback and relay insights to internal teams to improve offerings and retention strategies.Maintain accurate records of renewal status, customer interactions, and performance metrics using CRM tools.Requirements:Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work under pressure.Laptop is mandatory.Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment.Flexibility to work six days a week.A Perfect Fit For You If:You have excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.You thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.You are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
