About the CompanyThe Transaction Advisory Services team, part of Cohn Reznick Professional Services’ Advisory (“CRPS Advisory”), manage and supports buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements, providing financial and business due diligence assistance to middle market companies and private equity investors. They help deal-team with creation of databooks and report and perform various analyses around Quality of Earnings (QoE), Quality of Revenue (QoR) and Quality of Working Capital across different industries like Healthcare, Consumer goods, IT, E-commerce, Hospitality, Manufacturing, etc.About the Role: Designation: Associate - Transaction Advisory Services, Financial Due DiligenceResponsibilities:Manage buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements, providing financial and business due diligence assistance to middle market companies and private equity investorsAnalyze historic and current financial information. Summarizing and analyzing financial/accounting information relating to income statements, balance sheets, profitability data, quality of earning, quality of net assets etc.Preparing Excel data books and analyzing revenue, margins, costs, assets, liabilities with the objective of identifying key issues such as normalized earnings, net debt, Liabilities, net working capital trends, valuation model input assumptions, analysis of forecasts etc.Preparation of due diligence reports highlighting key findings and presenting summary analysisCoordinating among various teams working on the engagement both in US and IndiaCreating strong relationships with clients and Target managementIdentify deal issues, assessing their impact on the transaction (valuation etc.) and advising on ways to address the issues.Understanding transaction structure and basis it advised on structuring issues.Qualifications:Qualified CARequired Skills:Excellent accounting skills and strong understanding of financial statementsAbility to work independently and strong attention to details.Proficiency in speaking and writing English.Working knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.Data Analytics knowledgeShould be able to communicate with clients on the phone and email.
