Senior Motion & Post-Production DirectorWe are seeking a seasoned motion & post-production leader to oversee the development and execution of high-end visual content. This role combines creative vision with technical expertise, ensuring seamless delivery across motion graphics, special effects, and visual effects.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in animation, compositing, color grading, and finishing. They should be proficient in industry-standard tools, including Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and DaVinci Resolve. A deep understanding of animation principles, visual storytelling, and brand expression is essential.This position requires a collaborative mindset, with the ability to work closely with creative directors, producers, and account teams. The successful candidate will also be responsible for establishing best practices, workflow templates, and quality control standards for motion and post-production projects.In addition to technical expertise, we seek a leader who can drive innovation, foster a culture of continuous learning, and build a strong creative feedback community.
