Job Title: ServiceNow ITAM Location: Pune/Mumbai/Hyderabad/Chennai/Bangalore/Noida Work Mode: Hybrid Mode Experience: 8-15years (7 years Relevant)Job Type: Contract to hire (C2H)Notice Period: - Immediate joiners.Mandatory Skills: ServiceNow ITAM, IT Asset management, SAM, SAM Pro, HAM, HAM Pro,stakeholder management, ITILAdditional Skills: 8 years of overall industry experience in IT asset management At least 7 years of experience in ServiceNow ITAM domain Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITAM modules SAM Pro HAM ProDeep understanding of software licensing models and compliance requirementsFamiliarity with ITIL and ITAM best practicesServiceNow Certified System Administrator CSA and ITAM related certificationsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsGood to Have SkillsExposure to integrations with procurement and financial systems eg SAP OracleKnowledge of cloud licensing and SaaS subscription managementExperience with automation workflows for asset lifecycleServiceNow Implementation Specialist certifications SAM HAM specificAdvanced ITIL certifications or ISO 19770 familiarityUnderstanding of cost optimization strategies and vendor management
