Job Title: Innovation Formulation SpecialistAs a key member of our team focused on cutting-edge formulation technology, you will contribute to groundbreaking projects incorporating drone and nanotechnology applications.Key responsibilities include designing and implementing experiments for the development and characterization of novel delivery systems for in-drone applications. This includes formulating and characterizing surfactant, polymer, lipid, and other nanoparticle-based delivery systems.Develop and execute comprehensive research plans for innovative formulation technologies.Lead the design and implementation of experiments for the formulation and characterization of polymeric, liposomal, lipid, and other nanoparticles for targeted applications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance early-stage formulation development activities.Design and implement analytical methods and bio-assays to characterize nanoparticle-based formulations.Our ideal candidate has a deep understanding of structure-activity relationships and can effectively apply this knowledge to drive innovation in nano-formulation technology.Requirements:PhD in Chemistry or related field with expertise in formulation science and nanotechnology.Proven track record of developing and implementing novel formulation technologies.Strong background in analytical chemistry, spectroscopy, and molecular biology techniques.Join us in shaping the future of formulation technology and making a meaningful impact on various industries.
