AI Product Development and Management InternThis internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in AI product development and management. As an intern, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end development of one assigned system from our internal or external product portfolio.You will work closely with a 3-4 person team where each member drives a specific product identified by our organization's performance management and human resources teams. Your primary responsibilities will include designing and implementing product workflows and UI/UX prototypes using AI and large language model capabilities.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement product workflows and UI/UX prototypes using AI and LLM capabilities.Collaborate on the development of event websites, microsites, and web-based dashboards.Build intelligent product features using AI agentic frameworks, integrating automation, personalization, and analytics.Deploy and maintain systems while integrating user feedback for iterative improvement.Required Skills and Qualifications:You will need to have a strong understanding of full-stack development, proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages, and experience with UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Canva, or similar.Technical Foundation:Strong understanding of Full Stack Development (frontend & backend).Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.Experience with UI/UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Canva, or similar).Benefits:This internship offers a stipend of Rs. 5,000 per month for the first 2 months, Rs. 7,500 per month for months 3 and 4, subject to a performance rating of 4/5 and above, and Rs. 10,000 per month for months 5 and 6, subject to a performance rating of 4/5 and above.Perks:Flexible work timing.Enabling Work Culture.LOR.Certificate of Experience.About Us:Omysha Foundation has promoted the AI for Good (A4G) Impact Collaborative and the VONG Movement.VONG aims to equip the new generation with the necessary knowledge and understanding of sustainability, develop a platform to voice their opinions and ideas to the authorities and society, and inspire and accelerate the transition to a global culture of sustainable living.VONG is aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and strives to nurture conscious global citizens of the world.
