Senior Quality Assurance EngineerThis role offers the opportunity to be a cornerstone of our quality assurance team, driving the quality strategy for our cutting-edge Conversational AI platform.The successful candidate will collaborate closely with AI engineers, product teams, and platform architects to embed quality into every layer of our platform.Define and implement comprehensive test strategies covering functional, performance, security, and scalability aspects.Design and develop advanced, reusable test automation frameworks beyond Selenium, Playwright, TestNG, Appium or RestAssured.Create innovative testing approaches for NLP & Voice models, intent recognition, and dialogue flows.Contribute to innovation in test automation using AI tools to redefine quality assurance in the new world.The team works on groundbreaking projects such as automating AI model validation and building self-service testing tools as platform services. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love mentoring engineers, and are excited to shape the future of AI in financial services, this role is for you.What We're Looking ForExperience: At least 7+ years in software testing, with 4+ years as an SDET building automation frameworks in a product or platform environment.Technical Expertise:High Proficiency in Java (or similar languages like Python) for test automation, with deep knowledge of design patterns and reusable components.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Github Actions) and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead initiatives, mentor teams, and drive cross-team collaboration with compassion and clarity.We offer a chance to build something transformative.
