Job Overview:We are seeking a seasoned quality assurance professional to lead the testing efforts for our Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) implementations.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality and effectiveness of software systems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.Identify and report defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues in a timely manner.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software testing and quality assurance.Requirements:Minimum 4+ years of QA Testing experience with a strong background in Pega 8.x platform(s).Hands-on testing experience with Pega CDH and proficiency in writing clear and concise test plans, test cases, and defect reports.Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, testing methodologies, and quality assurance principles.Experience with test management and defect tracking tools.What We Offer:A competitive compensation package and benefits.A dynamic and collaborative work environment.Opportunities for growth and professional development.How to Apply:Applicants should have relevant experience in QA testing, preferably with Pega CDH.
