Dynamics Consultant Job OpportunityWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical professional to support our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions and the wider Microsoft Power Platform.Troubleshoot complex issues related to Dynamics 365 CE modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service.Provide application support and maintenance for Power Platform solutions, including Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, Power Automate flows, Power BI reports, and Dataverse.Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE, incorporating plugins, JavaScripts, Web Services, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Service Bus.Coordinate system upgrades, Wave updates, and patch deployments to ensure operational continuity and minimal disruption.Leverage DevOps and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) best practices throughout the solution lifecycle.Serve as an escalation point for customers and collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications or change requests.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE in a technical role, expertise in creating plugins, JavaScript, and Azure function apps, and a deep understanding of D365 CE modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or Field Service.This is a fantastic opportunity to apply your skills and experience in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of our team.We offer a collaborative work environment, opportunities for growth and development, and a competitive compensation package.
