Join a high-impact engineering team focused on building cutting-edge blockchain solutions.We are expanding our presence in the DeFi space and seeking talented engineers to help us achieve our ambitious goals.This role is part of our on-chain trading infrastructure development, focusing on Rust-based trading systems, DEX integrations, liquidity management tools, and MEV-aware execution services.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement automated market-making engines for on-chain liquidity provision, price quoting, and range management.Develop systems that update liquidity positions dynamically using volatility signals, price feeds, and inventory conditions.Integrate with concentrated-liquidity DEXs (AMM/CLMM pools).Blockchain Integration:Build and maintain the core blockchain interaction layer: transaction construction, signing, on-chain event streaming, state queries, batch transactions, and bundling.Implement reliable WebSocket, RPC, JSON-RPC integration with full error recovery.MEV-Aware Execution:Design execution pathways that minimize front-running, sandwich attacks, and flash-loan driven toxic flow.Contribute to internal tooling around MEV simulation, slippage prediction, and routing logic.Research & Analytics Support:Develop tools to backtest CLMM strategies using historical chain data.Build internal simulators for pool behavior, liquidity shifts, fee accrual, and volatility-driven regime changes.Provide high-quality analytics for trading decisions and pool design.Required Qualifications:Strong proficiency in Rust, async programming, and systems-level development.Understanding of blockchain fundamentals, especially state management and transaction life cycles.Experience integrating with Decentralized Exchanges (DEXs).Understanding of AMM models, CLMM mechanics, liquidity ticks, and impermanent loss.Strong engineering foundations: concurrency, distributed systems, API design.Comfort working with cryptographic primitives, RPC nodes, and web3 tooling.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Sui, Solana, Move, or other modern parallel-execution blockchains.Background in MEV-resistant execution, transaction bundling, or blockspace markets.Experience building market infrastructure (on-chain or off-chain).Familiarity with bots interacting with DEXs, cross-chain swaps, liquidity aggregation, bridge protocols, and Python/TypeScript for prototyping.What We Offer:A chance to build a comprehensive on-chain trading stack from scratch.Opportunity to work with cutting-edge blockchain ecosystems and innovative technologies.High ownership and autonomy over engineering design.Competitive compensation and long-term upside potential.
