We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Customer Success Manager to lead our customer service team in the solar energy sector. The ideal candidate will ensure our customers have a seamless experience from installation to long-term service, helping build trust and loyalty in our renewable energy solutions.Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the customer service team, ensuring prompt and professional support. Enhance the customer journey by providing guidance and resolving escalations. Monitor customer satisfaction, retention, and service quality metrics. Collaborate with operations, sales, and technical teams to address customer concerns. Develop strategies to improve customer engagement and long-term relationships. Educate customers on solar solutions, processes, and post-installation support. RequirementsRequirements: Prior experience in Customer Success / Customer Service / Account Management. Experience in the solar or renewable energy industry is highly preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Customer-first mindset with ability to manage escalations.
