We are now expanding rapidly across geographies and verticals—and are building a world-class team to drive operations, delivery, and scale.Role OverviewThis is a high-ownership, execution-first role designed for a smart, fast-moving graduate from a top-tier college who wants to work directly with the founders on growth, partnerships, and go-to-market execution.As a Founder's Office (Growth & Partnerships) Associate, you will work on driving revenue growth, supporting partnerships, managing GTM workflows, and enabling cross-functional execution across sales, marketing, and customer success. You will be deeply involved in partnership structuring, outreach, client success initiatives, and operational enablement—with an expectation of hands-on ownership and fast execution.This role offers firsthand visibility into how a venture-backed AI startup builds and scales partnerships, GTM motion, and enterprise growth.What You Will Do1.Growth & GTM ExecutionSupport outbound outreach, lead generation, and pipeline tracking with the sales team.Coordinate between sales, marketing, and delivery to ensure smooth client onboarding.Track progress of deals, pilots, and renewals, ensuring deadlines and SLAs are met.Assist in designing and executing growth campaigns across markets.2. Partnership & Strategic ProjectsSupport founders in structuring partnership proposals, GTM plans, and strategic collaborations.Research and identify potential ecosystem partners, events, and enterprise opportunities.Prepare partner decks, proposals, and documentation for new initiatives.Track partnership outcomes and ensure follow-ups with stakeholders.3. Business Analytics & ReportingBuild and maintain trackers for pipeline, partnership progress, and growth KPIs.Prepare dashboards, review decks, and performance reports for founders and investors.Provide insights into market/competition analysis to inform GTM strategy.4.Operational Support for GrowthCoordinate founder calendars around growth and partnership deliverables.Ensure real-time visibility on all live growth projects through structured updates.Assist in event/project exposure such as roadshows, conferences, and client showcases.5.Documentation & CommunicationCreate SOPs for outreach, partnerships, and client onboarding processes.Maintain central documentation for GTM workflows, sales enablement, and proposals.Draft crisp updates, decks, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.What We are Looking ForQualificationsBachelor’s degree from a Tier-1 institute (IITs, BITS, IIMs, SRCC, St. Stephens, Ashoka, ISBF, etc.)0–2 year of work experience (internship or project exposure in consulting, startups, sales, or partnerships is a plus)Strong logical reasoning, documentation ability, and execution ownershipProficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Notion, and CRM toolsHigh energy, urgency, and ability to multitask across sales, partnerships, and GTM workflowsTraits We ValueHustle-first mindset: comfortable with outreach, follow-ups, and business developmentStrong communicator—able to structure decks, proposals, and crisp updatesDetail-oriented with ownership of timelines and deliverablesCurious and resourceful—able to figure things out in new/ambiguous contextsDriven to learn about enterprise sales, growth, and strategic partnershipsWhat Success Looks LikePipeline Impact: Sales pipeline consistently updated and tracked for progressPartnership Wins: New collaborations initiated, proposals prepared, and follow-ups closedExecution Hygiene: All growth workflows documented, dashboards updated, reports cleanSpeed & Ownership: No follow-ups needed—tasks executed on time with accountabilityFounder Leverage: You reduce operational and tracking load for founders, freeing them for high-impact workWhat you will getCompetitive compensation and fast appraisal cyclesESOP eligibility for consistent high performersDirect exposure to sales, partnerships, GTM, and customer successMentorship and direct access to founders and leadership teamA high-accountability environment that rewards ownership and executionOpportunity to shape early enterprise partnerships and GTM in a GenAI startupHow to ApplyEmail your resume to careers@darwix.ai with the subject line: Application – Founder’s Office Intern
