Merchandiser & Production Coordinator – Apparel

We are seeking an experienced Merchandiser & Production Coordinator with 4–5 years of experience in both knits and wovens. The ideal candidate should have worked in a buying office or brand environment, be technically and commercially strong, and possess excellent coordination and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle product development, costing, production follow-up, and on-time delivery.
  • Coordinate with vendors, factories, and customers to ensure smooth execution of orders.
  • Manage sampling, approvals, and production timelines.
  • Ensure product quality and compliance with delivery and costing requirements.
  • Maintain accurate reports and documentation using Excel and email.
  • Anticipate and resolve production challenges proactively.

Requirements:

  • 4–5 years of relevant merchandising experience in knits & wovens.
  • Strong knowledge of product development, costing, and production processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and professional email communication.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Tamil.
  • Self-driven, responsible, and proactive with strong problem-solving ability.
