Job Type- InternshipWorking Days- 5 Days (Work From Office)Duration- 3 Months- 6 MonthsLocation- NoidaPosition Overview:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Management Intern to join our team. The intern will work directly with Senior Project Manager. This role will provide hands-on exposure to Project Enablement, Client Success, and PMO Governance, offering a unique opportunity to gain experience in Project workflows and cross-functional collaborations.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with Product, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Content, Training, Support, and Finance to ensure seamless project execution.Participate in daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint planning to gain practical Agile exposure.Gather and analyze stakeholder feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation.Assist in preparing status reports, meeting notes, and executive-ready project documentation.Analyze project data to provide insights that support decision-making and strategy execution.Assist in defining and executing project strategies, roadmaps, and delivery processes.Contribute to client success initiatives, ensuring a high-quality learner experience and timely delivery.Qualifications:Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management tools is a must.Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.What We Offer:Hands-on exposure to Project Management practices in a real-world global setting within a dynamic and supportive team environment.Experience in internal stakeholder management and across clients.Skills in data-driven project reporting and executive communication.Understanding of client success frameworks and how they influence project outcomes.Mentorship from experienced project manager.Potential for future full-time employment based on performance.
