About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and experienced Manufacturing Operations Manager who is passionate about factory operations and driving end-to-end efficiency on the shop floor. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in assembly, moulding operations, factory workforce management, and will play a key role in managing operations at partner factories What you’ll do:* Lead and manage daily factory manufacturing operations, ensuring adherence to production timelines, quality standards, and other protocols.* Oversee assembly and moulding processes, identify operational bottlenecks, and implement productivity improvements.* Lead, coach, and drive factory management and line managers with empathy, clarity, and strong people-handling skills.* Drive process optimization, workflow improvements, and resource planning to ensure smooth factory workflows and timely delivery.* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure production readiness and resolve operational issues proactively.* Monitor production KPIs, analyze bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions promptly to support decision-making.* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards and manufacturing best practices.* Maintain strong discipline and team morale while fostering a positive and efficient work environment.What we’re looking for:* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or related fields preferred).* Atleast 3 years of proven experience in factory operations, particularly in assembly and assembly moulding processes.* Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows, shop-floor dynamics, and operational troubleshooting.* Excellent people management skills with the ability to handle factory staff and line managers effectively.* Strong communication skills with fluency in English and Hindi; Marathi is a strong advantage.* High levels of empathy, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to motivate teams.* Demonstrated ability and the drive to improve productivity and manage factory operations efficiently.* Comfortable working in the Mumbai or Navi Mumbai regionWhat we offer:• Innovative Products: Work on award-winning consumer products made in India for the world• Talented & Motivated Team: Join a passionate crew of builders, learners, and dreamers• Growth Opportunities: Learn from global markets, challenging projects, and hands-on mentorship• Employee Discounts on our products• Comprehensive health insurance for your and your dependents• Central office location, a fully stocked kitchen, endless snacks, team lunch, fun events, etc.
