Project Coordinator SpecialistWe are seeking a diligent and proactive professional to oversee small-scale app development projects from concept to launch.Key Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end app development lifecycle for small to mid-sized applications, ensuring timely completion of tasks and milestones.Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, timelines, and deliverables, aligning expectations across teams.Break down high-level requirements into actionable tasks and assign them to development resources, utilizing Agile methodologies to drive efficiency.Run daily or weekly meetings to track progress and ensure milestones are met, facilitating clear communication among team members.Identify risks, issues, and blockers; proactively resolve or escalate them, maintaining a problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.Ensure smooth handover to client, support, or operations teams after go-live, guaranteeing seamless project closure.Required Skills & Qualifications:2–3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in software or app development, with a strong understanding of mobile/web app development lifecycle.Experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp) and ability to translate technical details into simple business language.Excellent communication, organization, and multi-tasking skills, with a basic understanding of UI/UX, APIs, QA processes, and app release cycles.Familiarity with PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification and experience managing offshore or distributed development teams.Benefits:High-quality app releases with minimal post-launch issues.Positive stakeholder and user feedback, ensuring customer satisfaction.Clear communication and alignment across teams, driving project success.
