Job Opportunity for RPA Project ManagerAbout the Role:We are seeking an experienced RPA Project Manager to lead our robotic process automation projects through all phases of mobilization, definition, development, and deployment.This role involves project management, resource planning, stakeholder management, and communication planning. You will work closely with our team of business and technical specialists to deliver high-quality results.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and their teams.Lead multiple concurrent projects involving consultants, developers, and clients.Establish project plans, track milestones, and coordinate meetings with client stakeholders.Understand business and technical requirements to effectively coordinate and document process definition, solution design, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities.Facilitate resource planning activities, including assignment, onboarding, equipment provisioning, and user access to target applications.Coordinate the development, review, and submission of RPA milestone deliverables.Mitigate risks identified by the Delivery Manager to avoid roadblocks in development, testing, or deployment.Provide regular weekly status updates to the client and Program Manager.Identify, catalogue, and archive reusable code assets and coordinate knowledge-sharing sessions between internal teams.Requirements and Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Information Management or equivalent education and experience.Minimum 2 years of project management experience.Excellent planning, problem-solving, project management, and leadership skills.Understanding of IT delivery methodologies (ITIL, Agile, Lean, etc).Prior experience in leading similar projects in robotics process automation (i.e., Blue Prism, UiPath, or Automation Anywhere).Leadership skills to inspire coworkers to achieve goals and pursue excellence.Ability to size and prioritize large-scale initiatives across businesses and functions.Desired Characteristics:Self-motivated with minimal need for supervision.Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.Highly motivated, organized, and methodical, able to handle change easily.Analytical and proven problem-solving skills.High emotional intelligence.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Demonstrated willingness to dive into details to guide projects to completion.Team-oriented rather than individual contributor.Strong work ethic.Benefits and Opportunities:Competitive pay based on level and experience.Healthcare, relocation, vacation, and holidays benefits.
