We’re Hiring: CNC CAM Programmer

Location: Denmark/India (on-site during onboarding; long-term remote work from India)

The company excels in designing and building special-purpose machines and optimized tooling tailored to clients' needs.

Your Role – CNC CAM Programmer

As a CNC CAM Programmer, you will play a pivotal role in a precision-driven team environment:

  • Program CNC operations using Hypermill CAM (standalone or integrated with SolidWorks)
  • Partner with CAM and CNC teams to refine machining strategies
  • Support production with tooling setup and process improvements
  • Embrace SolidWorks for drawing integration as needed (99 % of focus remains on programming)
  • Participate in performance evaluations after an initial onboarding period

What We’re Looking For

  • 4–5+ years of CNC programming experience
  • Proficiency in Hypermill CAM (SolidWorks familiarity is a bonus)
  • Strong English communication (written and verbal)
  • Willingness to work in Denmark for at least 1 year, then remote from India with weekly online check-ins and 1–2 annual visits to Denmark
