At Antipodes, we're seeking a skilled Programmatic Data Analyst to oversee our programmatic stack, managing SSP/DSP connections, resolving issues, and optimizing delivery and revenue. This hands-on role requires strong analytical skills and deep technical understanding of the programmatic ecosystem.Main Responsibilities:Data Management: Manage and optimize SSPs, DSP, OpenRTB, Prebid, and Server-to-Server integrations.Configuration and Monitoring: Configure endpoints, macros, and bidstreams; monitor fill rate, latency, and discrepancies.Traffic Quality Control: Detect and resolve Invalid Traffic (IVT) using HUMAN, Protected Media, Pixalate, IAS, and MOAT.Dashboards and Reporting: Build dashboards in Looker, Data Studio, or Excel/Sheets to track eCPM, fill rate, and delivery trends.Collaboration and Documentation: Collaborate with demand and supply partners for QA, format validation, and compliance (ads.txt, sellers.json, VAST/VMAP); document technical setups and coordinate with Product, Sales, and Engineering.Data Analyst Responsibilities:Data Insights: Build dashboards and automated reports in Looker, Data Studio, or Excel/Sheets.Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities.Performance Improvement: Develop and present data-driven insights for improving yield, delivery, and eCPM performance.Inventory Valuation: Provide insights into demand behavior, performance trends, and inventory value.Data Accuracy and Support: Ensure data accuracy and support improvements to tracking and reporting.This Position Offers:Flexible Hours, remote work setup.Continuous Learning and professional development opportunities.Agile Culture with collaborative team environment.Exposure to Global Partners and cutting-edge programmatic technology.
