Servicenow Strategist

Our organization seeks a skilled professional to fill the role of Servicenow Strategist. As part of this position, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of ServiceNow solutions.Main Responsibilities:Design and implement the ServiceNow platform for our clients.Define and govern the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and Configuration Management Database (CMDB).Lead and guide development teams in ensuring the successful implementation of complex projects.Requirements:A strong background in Enterprise Architecture and cloud-based application design.Experience with JavaScript, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow scripting (Glide API).A proven track record of leading implementation teams or complex projects.ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required.Advanced proficiency in CMDB, CSDM, and platform security.Bonus Skills:Excellent analytical skills for complex problem-solving and troubleshooting.Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools.Additional Information:We are looking for someone who has excellent technical skills but also can think critically.
