This role has significance in the designing and architecture of digital projects to improve financial services for families, small businesses, multinational corporations, and non-profit organizations.Role ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement new software, maintain and improve existing softwareEnsure that software functionality is implemented with a with a focus on code optimization and organizationRecommend improvements to existing software programsTroubleshoot application issues and coordinate issue resolution with operations, functional, and technical teamsWork as UI lead with development team across geographically distributed structureProvide coaching to Junior Associates and AssociatesWorks independently on complex projectsRole RequirementsExperience in Agile and Iterative development methodologies.B.E. / B.Tech. / MCA in Computer Science, Engineering or related field is required5+ years of software development experience in UI using Angular frameworkMust be a problem solver with demonstrated experience in solving difficult technology challenges, with a can-do attitudeExperience in developing and implementing web-based solutionsStrong in frontend design and development.Experience with designing Single page applications using Angular framework.Proficient with Typescript/Javascript, HTML, CSS and JSON.Designing complex UI componentsDevelop generic reusable UI componentsCalling REST API,Generating and parsing JSONDefining standards and industry best practices for UI DevelopmentRun Effective unit testing and integration testing.In-depth knowledge of angular framework, reactive programming, material UI, UI architecture design patterns.Doing Code review for the team along with Leading and Mentoring developers.Self-starter with ability to multi-task, prioritize, manage workload, and consistently deliver resultsExperience in Agile and Iterative development methodologiesStrong communication skills with ability to interact with partners globallyKnowledge of architecture design concepts, object-oriented design, and techniques.Must be a problem solver with demonstrated experience in solving difficult technological challenges, with a can-do attitude.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to interact with cross-functional roles.We make financial services accessible to humans everywhere.
