Job Description:
We're seeking a talented Puzzle Game Designer who is passionate about creating innovative hybrid and hypercasual mobile games. You'll design engaging puzzle mechanics and levels, bringing original ideas to life with a dynamic team to delight millions of worldwide players.

Key Responsibilities
Conceptualize and generate original game ideas that could become our next big hit.
Design innovative puzzle game mechanics and levels tailored to hybrid and hypercasual themes.
Rapidly prototype and iterate on game concepts, refining them based on feedback and analytics.
Collaborate closely with artists and developers to ensure gameplay and visuals align seamlessly.
Stay current with industry trends , researching top trending games.
Adapt designs based on playtesting, player feedback, and changing requirements.
What We're Looking For
1 to 3+ years of experience as a game designer.
Exceptional conceptualization skills and a creative, innovative mind for level generation.
Strong passion for game design and gaming across various genres and platforms.
Out-of-the-box thinking with the ability to develop unique, trendsetting solutions.
Excellent communication skills , able to convey complex ideas efficiently.
Adaptability and openness to feedback , with a focus on continuous improvement.
Proficiency in Unity and familiarity with game design tools (a plus).
Experience with puzzle games and strong visualization skills (significant pluses).
An eye for color theory to enhance the game's appeal.
Driven to create a legacy and achieve something bigger in the gaming industry.
